Returns and Refund Policy
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied our products can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of the purchase of the products if the following conditions are met:
1. The product must be purchased within the last 7 days
2. You must have purchased the product on our website and be able to show proof of purchase with an Order Invoice number.
3. The product must be returned sealed and in the original packing
4. The product must not be used or damaged

Please note delivery charges are not refunded.
Please note we do not cover costs or pay for the return of any item.
All returns must be sent via recorded delivery and you must retain proof of postage.
We are not responsible for any items that are lost in transit.
The refund will be made via the payment method used for the on-line purchase. We will process the refund as quickly as possible and notify the buyer. Please allow for up to 7 working days for us to process the refund. Legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you.
Please note it may take longer for the refund to show on a bank statement depending on the method of payment used.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges are not available on prescriptive products from Dermaviduals. The Policy from Dermaviduals applies on the standard products from the range.

If you receive a damaged item, please notify us immediately on “email address”
Please send us photographs of the damage.
Subject to the information provided we will make arrangements for providing return postage for the item.
A refund of the cost of the product and the initial postage will be made once the damaged goods have been received and inspected.
Your legal rights are protected under the Consumers Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Act 2015 as per the consumer rights set out by the manufacturer; Ismart Development Limited.
In case of receiving a faulty or damaged product the terms and conditions set out by Ismart Development Limited will apply. Please contact us with all relevant information on firstname.lastname@example.org. We will log the complaint and initiate an investigation with the manufacturer. Faulty goods will be sent back to the manufacturer and any complaints logged with them.
Please note, all goods must be returned in their original packaging to be returned or refunded.
Bio Therapeutic Products
The Bio Therapeutic Refund and Exchange Policy will apply.
The product must have been purchased from us and you must be able to show proof of purchase in order to claim a warranty.
All products have a one year warranty. Any technology that is under warranty per the warranty agreement that fails (within one year of purchase) will be replaced at no cost to the customer. Shipping to and from a repair maintenance or replacement center is the responsibility of the customer. The age of a device can be ascertained by sending us a photo of the purchase invoice, the batch number or serial number.

Refunds and Returns:
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
The equipment must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories and literature intact.
The equipment must reach us within 30 days of purchase.
The item must have been purchased from us and you must show proof of purchase with a valid invoice.
Refunds will only be made to the cards that were used for purchase payments.
Refunds will not be made in cash.
Incomplete or Incorrect Order
If you receive an incomplete or incorrect order, please contact us immediately on email@example.com.
Subject to the information provided we will provide any missing items without an additional shipping charge.
If incorrect items have been delivered, we will replace the correct items at no additional shipping cost and arrange for the wrongly delivered item to be shipped back to us.
