Shipping and Delivery

All products are shipped by ROYAL MAIL SIGNED FOR

We provide the option of ROYAL MAIL SIGNED FOR 24 and ROYAL MAIL SIGNED FOR 48 for you to choose at checkout.

All orders placed before 12pm are shipped on the same day. Any orders placed after 12pm are shipped the following day. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday are shipped on the following Monday.

All shipping costs are paid by you, the buyer.

We will endeavour to deliver your order in accordance with the specified delivery period unless there are exceptional circumstances beyond our control.

Supplying the correct address for delivery, at the time of purchasing the goods,
is the responsibility of the buyer.

We do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by third parties and / or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping and Delivery for FaceLite LED Products

All FaceLITE products will be delivered directly from the manufacturer by courier.

Shipping costs: £9.60 UK mainland
N.I / Scottish Isles / Channel Islands: prices available on request

Shipping and Delivery for Bio Therapeutic Products

All items are shipped directly from the supplier and delivered within 4-5 working days via courier.

International Deliveries

We do not deliver outside the UK.

In the event that an arrangement has been made on special request all international shipping costs and customs duties are to be paid by you, the buyer.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to comply with their country’s individual customs regulations, import restrictions, prohibited import items, taxes, tariffs, fees and other duties.

If an order is refused delivery by customs due to unauthorized ingredients or contents, Mariam Abbas will not be responsible for any losses incurred by you, the buyer.

If the shipment is abandoned or discarded by customs, you will not receive a refund or credit of any kind. By ordering you agree to these terms.

Returned or Undelivered Parcels

If parcels are returned by the post due to an incorrect delivery address or information or not collected from the parcel office if not in at the time of delivery; parcels will be charged for re-delivery.

The delivery fee must be paid in advance by you, the buyer, before re-delivery is arranged.

Before arranging re-delivery, we will make contact to provide you with sufficient details to enable you to exercise your right of cancellation and to address any intended cancellation or complaints to the correct place.
